Use in tarts, cakes, or as a topping. Kiwifruit can be mashed and incorporated into sauces or dressings, offering a fruity twist to marinades and vinaigrettes. Blend into smoothies.
Low in calories, high in Vitamin C, high in dietary fibre packed with antioxidants, including carotenoids and polyphenols. Contains potassium and a good source of folate.

Growing Conditions
Kiwifruit thrives in well-drained, fertile soil that is rich in organic matter. They prefer a sheltered location and full sun. Adequate water is crucial, especially during the fruit development stage, but don’t like to be waterlogged.
