Habit - Leafy stems produce a single rhizone.

Harvest - Plant can be harvested after 2 years, it will take this time for the rhizone to develop and mature. Harvest in spring or autumn when the rhizone has reached about 10 - 15cm long. Can be stored in the fridge for 30 days in a glass container.
